How Can I Purchase A Painting?
My paintings are available on this website or through specific galleries/decor shops that carry my work. Simply press the 'Add To Cart' button and you will be brought to a secure page to place your payment. Once made, you will receive an email confirmation from me and the painting will be sent to the address you've entered by courier.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns may be made within the first ten days of receiving the painting or print if it was damaged on delivery. An exchange may be made if you are unsatisfied with the painting's asthetics. It is highly important to me that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me with any concerns and we can come to an arrangement. If the item was damaged upon receiving it, please send me a photo within the ten day period and I will be more than happy to issue you a full refund.
How Long Does It Take To Ship?
All paintings, prints, and cards are sent from my studio in Niagara (Canada) unless you've purchased a piece from a gallery. Once a purchase has been made, you will receive an email confirmation immediately and another confirmation once the order has been shipped. All orders are shipped via courier (Purolator or Canada Post) with a tracking number. Shipping charges depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. I can offer priority shipping at an additional charge if you require next day delivery.
Canada: 1 to 4 business day delivery for local and regional orders.
2 to 4 business day delivery for national orders.
USA: 3 to 7 business day delivery.
International: 5 to 15 business day delivery.
Please note...paintings sent to Australia are removed from the wooden stretchers and rolled in a tube and usually take two weeks to arrive (I've sent pieces as far away as Darwin, Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne).
How Are Prints and Cards Shipped?
My Giclee prints and cards are made on archival paper using high quality ink. My paintings are scanned for colour accuracy and detailing so that I may offer the most authentic prints of the original. Prints are packaged snugly in cardboard to ensure a safe journey via Canada Post or Purolator Courier with a tracking number. My print sizes fit most standard frames. Cards are packaged and sold in sets of five or individually.
Are All Of Your Paintings On The Website?
No. Many of my paintings, both sold and available, are not shown on my website. If interested in a painting you've seen on my artist's Facebook page, please email me at email@example.com to request it.
When Are New Paintings Displayed On Your Website and Artist's Facebook Page?
Unless I'm on holiday, I try to post every week. This is either a new painting, a sculpture, or a card series release. The most recent paintings will be indicated on my home page. Does Your Work Follow Copyright?
Well of course! The purchase of a painting or print does not entitle the buyer to reproduce the artwork for profit in any way. Copyright and ownership of the artwork remains with Rebecca Montemurro, all rights reserved. Thank you.:)
